We’re proud to have former D1 athletes, Clint Feminis and Darren Coleman on our team! Clint is a former football player, but also a track athlete, amateur boxer, and olympic lifter. Darren is a former track and field athlete, football player, national-ranked youth football coach, and is currently a high school sprint coach. With more than 50 years of combined experience, they have designed Maximum Velocity workout program for athletes to incorporate professional training techniques that will challenge you both physically and mentally.
