Tom has 27 years experience as a certified fitness professional, is the proud owner of 21 personal training certificates, and has spent the last 19 years as a master personal trainer – training trainers. Tom’s focus as our Fitness Director is to help our members with goal achievement. He is looking forward to meeting with you.

Cindy of Core Belief Fitness has been an American Council on Exercise certified fitness professional in personal training, Group Exercise, and Health Coach for over 25 years. Her passion is to teach and motivate people to set realistic goals in exercise and eating healthy for a lifetime.

JIM EVANS

Jim hopes to lead committed individuals to get fit naturally through exercise and nutrition. It is his belief that this leads to both longevity and better quality of life. Jim’s clients come from all walks of life, including seniors, handicapped individuals, wrestlers, rehabilitation clients, and athletes.

SHELLIE JENSEN

Personal Trainer

Shellie Jensen has over 16 years in the fitness industry and has always been an exercise enthusiast. She teaches step, low impact, kickboxing, body conditioning, water aerobics, yoga, pilates and gravity. Certified in AFFA group exercise and personal training, she loves helping clients realize they can do things that they never thought they could.

Fitness has been a large part of Billy’s life ever since he started consistently working out over 14 years ago. Billy’s focus is to assist you with achieving your fitness goals by teaching you how to make small lifestyle changes over time; which with accountability and motivation, become the habits that create permanent change. His training is science based, involving proper biomechanics, proper exercise technique, and correct body positioning; maximizing your results, while eliminating injury.

She utilizes various techniques, such as interval training, resistance training, body-weight exercises, yoga, and more; in order to customize each workout for optimal results. Angel has played sports his entire life and has been training for the past 15 years. He believes exercise is the best medicine and can save your life. His passion, patience, and knowledge has helped throusands with weight loss, building muscle, sports performance or just being healthy. Currently he’s working on his sports medicine degree to be a professional sports trainer and physical therapist.

Her mission is to help individuals become the best version of themselves and create a fitness program tailored to help her clients develop proper lifting technique, weight management and to prevent future injury.
